Rant?
Honestly, I can’t help but to be so disgusted when girls wear a thick line of black eyeliner on their lower lash line/water line, while wearing no liner or mascara on top. It looks sooo ugly. It doesn’t matter how freaking pretty the girl is, when she wears her makeup like that, she looks like complete shit… her eyes look heavy, making her seem sad and tired. Ugh. I say, either wear eye makeup on both top and bottom, just on top or don’t wear makeup at all.
